Sunday, May 11, 2025 – ETEREA SINFONIA – Vivaldi Flute Consort

The Vivaldi Flute Consort is an instrumental ensemble composed of flute students from the “Antonio Vivaldi” Conservatory in Alessandria, with participation from students of other music institutions, including the “Umberto Eco” Music High School in Alessandria. The ensemble includes piccolo, C flute, alto flute, bass flute, and contrabass flute. Born as a didactic project in 2020, it quickly evolved into an artistic project dedicated to discovering original and transcribed repertoires. The group has a vibrant artistic activity and has performed at festivals such as “Sut la Cupola,” LeAltreNote, Vivaldi Flute Week, FAI Days 2022, and Note Alessandrine 2023. In October 2021, during the first edition of “Vivaldi Flute Week,” the ensemble was conducted by Peter-Lukas Graf. They also performed during President Mattarella’s visit to Alessandria in November 2024.

Sunday, May 18, 2025 – MODERN FREE DUO

The Modern Free Duo will guide the audience through a musical journey that ranges from original pieces composed for the duo to arrangements of works by great composers from all eras. The musicians introduce the pieces by sharing stories and anecdotes, offering the audience a chance to understand the background and intentions of the artists, dive deeper into musical topics, and receive an introduction to each concert to fully appreciate the music being performed.
